As a Young Leader, you won’t be on your own. You’ll have a network of support to help you succeed and enjoy the role.

Section Leader: Your main point of contact in the group you’re helping. They’ll include you in planning, guide you during meetings, and make sure you feel part of the team. They will also be responsible for facilitating your progression through the 4 missions required for the Young Leader’s Belt.

14 – 24 Team: Our dedicated team oversees all Young Leaders across the District, ensuring every Young Leader gets the most valuable and rewarding experience possible. They provide guidance, support, and help you access training and resources. 

If you have any concerns about your placement, your 14 - 24 Lead is the go-to person.
